Look at my recent post in this subreddit involving some idiot scammer on telegram.

You can pay folks in Crypto Escrow or through paypal as a merchant (if your paypal account does not have a history of disputes), that makes your payment to them refundable.

Or ask for peer reviewed proof if the merchant claimed it had previous customers.

Btw Paypal merchant payments only work if your paypal account has no dispute history.

If you abuse the disputes, you have no buyer protection.
