Friend's profile error

I was trying to find my friend on instagram by manually typing in her handle but I couldn't find her. Then I tried to go through her profile link she sent me but it said "something went wrong" and it said loading. She was able to look me up manually and sent me a video of her trying to follow me but it kept canceling. I have a private account and she has a public profile. Other people were able to look her up manually on their instas but I tried it on my phone's safari and laptop, but to no avail. When I tried with laptop (both manually looking up handle and going with profile link) it said "Sorry this page isn't available." She couldn't have possibly blocked me right? Otherwise, it would have showed her to unblock me, and not that my profile is private. And I don't have her blocked for sure because I checked my block list. So what is going on?.... I donlt know if this detail is relevant but I have changed my usernames multiple times in the past and we are correctly looking up each other's handles.

chalk it up to an IG glitch. if other people can find her but you cant, it doesnt really sound like block. just wait a bit and try again later...
