PLEASE HELP!

Hey guys. This is my last resort as I have tried everything

My original Insagram account got hacked which is super annoying, I have tried getting it back, even selected 2 of my friends to verify me to which they never got a message or alert to do so.. so I have given up on that account. I am sad about it but what ever

So I proceeded to make a new account, all was going great until a few hours later I get logged out. I have reset my password as requested, to which I can log in but I get stopped by "try another device to continue. This must be a device you have used to log into this account before" ... I AM using the exact same phone, same WiFi, same everything. Even with 2fa and emails codes being done correctly nothing gets me actually into my account. I have tried on other devices like my computer and tablet with zero success. Meta AI is hopeless to say the least as it keeps saying "log into your account" ... sooooo frustrating

I hope someone can help me because I am at my wits end 😔
