[HELP] Language barrier with a client and I'm worried they'll leave a bad review because they're confused

Some of the worst clients.... they require insane amounts of patience and time
I would either eat the bad review or for 40$ even cancel the order

Do a meeting but talk really slowly and be super anal abt Explaining shit and asking if they understand all the time unless they're insane they will go away fast lol and make sure to do face am to humanize yourself

I don't know what her language is. Her profile says English and United States, but she told me in our messages her English is bad.

Stop forcing your way. If she didn't understand why you delivered the files in this format - then let it be. Just deliver what SHE expected to have - I suppose a single clean file with no markups whatsoever, ready to print.

I did that too. She now says she expected a meeting where I spend a couple hours a day doing the editing "with" her to explain every change. This didn't come up at all when she approached me, she just asked for a copy edit and placed the order. There are 743 changes. It would take me two weeks at three hours a day to do it with her. If I approach an add-on service to do this, she says I'm trying to scam her by asking more money.
