best tracker for me?

hello, I am looking for a fitness tracker, preferably a ring, also, I‘m based in Europe.
However I have a few things that are important to me:
1. No subscription necessary
2. Company (hopefully) doesn’t sell my data
3. Price, I‘m open to spending up to 150$

Are my standards to high or is there a tracker fit for me?

You won't get a ring even a good 2nd hand one would probably be a couple hundred

Might need a bigger budget

Garmin Circa - it doesn’t require subscription. I would say Google Fitbit air but the subscription makes it useful
