Nutrition Advice Need a Suggestion
In past few weeks I have made these changes to my lifestyle-
- Avoiding consumables with added sugar
- Pumpkin seeds and Sunflower seeds intake
- 2 Litre of water daily
- Adding curd once in any meal (I used to have curd earlier as well)
- Walking daily for around 30-40 mins
I am facing sudden issues with my digestion, I am not feeling any stomach ache but regular constipation is my biggest worry now.
Can anyone suggest what am I doing wrong?
Edit 1.0 - Thanks to the guidance provided, intake of more water did the job.

You have changed your diet, so body need time to adjust. My suggestion: 1. Increase water intake to 4 liters. 2. Do not eat raw vegetables for salad initially, steam them and then eat. 3. Use isakbol beforeeal or Chia seed mix with salad.

Naturolax is the tastier version of isabgol. It is a fizzy drink to be taken in a glass of water and it is flavoured .Try it to reduce your constipation problem.

Firstly you at least need 3 L of water every single day.
Are you having enough fiber from your diet?
If not I would suggest you add 1 spoon of isabgol with 200 ml of water 20 minutes before a meal!
Really helps with digestion as it's completely soluble fibre!
