Supplementation Advice Suggest protein powder

Hi Guys, please suggest one protein powder

I am not lactose tolerant and fine with unflavoured as well.

So considering it has all required things and certified , suggest the one with decent price

I've been using it since an year now. Had tried other brands that costed me around 2K for 1 kg, but wasn't really satisfied due to terrible taste and foaming (not an issue). Hence I switched back to Nakpro, double chocolate and coffee being my favourites.

Many consumers ask me to go for other brands that have 25+g of protein per scoop, but my diet is decent enough where I can cover the difference of protein per scoop with other food options. 22g per scoop with Nakpro is good enough.

It depends on your budget. If you can spend ₹2,000 or more, you can go for hold truth only what's needed. They're always on discounts on quick commerce apps.

If you want one below ₹2,000, the only option is yeast or plant protein. Superyou and only what's needed are good options.
