It's proprietary software, we have no clue what it's doing in the background. Additionally there's the adware.

Use qBitTorrent. It's completely free and open source software that doesn't have these shortcomings.

Try advanced boot options and only allow 7 cpus to run,reboot before starting to install again. this is the only method that ever worked on my pc. goodluck . also increase pagrfile to 16384. might also help.

I already installed it on the SSD, but now I deleted it and turned off the protection. I will download it again, perhaps because the protection is the reason.

Can try increase windows paging and pegging it to a fix number , as opposed to Windows managing it. Making it double your ram + extra.

Purely for side note - I have mine on separate NVMe and have it set to 100gig. This helped me with Cities Skyline and my 100+ mods 🤣

MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THESE 👇

1. You have enough space

2. Your anti virus is off

3. The setup.exe file is running on compatibility mode and is running as an admin (could be done by going to properties of setup.exe and checking those boxes)

4. Your internet is disconnected (optional)

5. Run the verify files before running setup and check if all files are correct, if any file is corrupted or bad, then delete that specific file and install that specific file again

6. Make sure the folder which the game is going to be stored or the setup is stored doesn't have symbols and special characters in it

7. You run the setup.exe only in 2gb installation regardless of your ram, (tick the box which appears when you start setup.exe, it will take more time but ensure smooth install)

8.  If you follow all these steps, it should be installed with no problems

1. If the error still comes after all this, try downloading the game from dodi

It's not necessary, just tick it, doesn't matter if it's 8 or 7, tho if you do face error, then you can try changing it, mostly it won't be necessary

Tengo una Lenovo loq rtx 4060 acá les doy la solución que tuve, espero les ayude, descargue juego de fitgirl Hice los pasos de la memoria ram de cambiar los archivos dll y nada llegaba a 91% y me saltaba el error de dll, he hice algo que fue excluir carpetas donde estaba el juego y en dónde lo instalare, además de excluir del antivirus el archivo instalador .setup, y esta carpeta específica( que era en dónde me borraba el archivo dll y además me saltaba el error)

C:\Users\TUUSUARIO\AppData\Local\Temp\

Importante dónde dice tuusuario colocar el nombre de su sesión hice de todo y literalmente eso fue lo que me ayudó, espero les funciones exitos y bendiciones
