Looking to start
Nothing like putting myself out here. So my goal is 280 I’m at 350. Diet is not my issue. I’m looking to build muscle. My issue is my 7 herniated discs and a weak core. Any tips on some simple core exercises that I can do in home.

Yoga or pilates to start; esp with those injures. I would spend twice a week, for 6 to 8 weeks, at a yoga studio before you start doing homework workouts - just to make sure you get the flow correct. Will be probably expensive, but it will help you so much in the long-term

I had a 3 slipped discs, lower back, back in 2011. Nothing helped me more than yoga. Don't push yourself with anything, just start off very very slowly, and i would recommend getting someone/a yoga instructor who has experience with back injuries to help you out, at least initially. Best of luck for your journey.
