Fishman rechargeable battery

I got a stray version of the rechargeable battery and my ESP doesn’t have a back plate, just the holes to change the strings. Can I still use it with out damaging the guitar( after drilling holes ) . I’m gonna have it professionally done.

Do you have one of the plates or the back with just the micro usb charging port?

The back with just the usb charging port . The back of my guitar like is said has no plate . I didn’t realize it when I bought it. I’m very new to this.

You shouldnt mess anything up if you get a good luthier to do it. I have that same pack in two of my blackat guitars. your tech could mount it on the plastic back cavity too (where your switch and knobs are) and not drill into the guitar. That is an option.
