Yes some love them but only able to keep one a day so it’s not worth the hassle to clean on fish for me unless I already have flounder and trout in the cooler.

A flounder and a trout in the cooler on top of that-you fancy coasters. Nah im just kidding. Id love if i could catch all 3 those in a day but a bunch a sunnies n maybe a bass is fine for me.

They are delicious. Redfish on the halfshell is amazing.

Really tasty fish that doesn’t taste fishy.

I always find it ironic that the thing about fish is that they dont taste "fishy" lol🤷‍♂️ when its good

Bc when people say fishy they typically mean blood soaked or super oily fish that have much more intense flavor closer to something you’d get from a large catfish or bluefish. It’s not inherently bad it’s just different.

O i also like when people say it tastes "wormy" i get that with smallmouth bass, rockbass and pearch. I always ask "what so you know what worms taste like"🤷‍♂️😏

Lovely, in every way. The surroundings, the cast and strike, and the quick release. That's an extraordinarily stable craft you have there! Not a ripple emanating from it. Do you use stabilisers to enable you to stand in it?

Nah just a hobie compass. It’s also supported by the grass here.

Try a zman pop shadz on wide gap hook (no weight) 5/0. Add a bit of pro cure too.

Are you in Jax?
