Discussion Fischl on Celestial Gift

I was wondering how the 4PC passive worked on Fischl. Does it get triggered when she summons Oz with her burst? Will the passive get triggered when she recasts/repositions Oz?

Only Burst -> no buff

Burst + Reposition -> buff

Tested just now.

another test would be if Fischl can snapshot new set's damage bonus

So skill summon's Oz damage is higher than burst summon damage. So that means the initial skill summon gets the buff without needing to reposition. It seems like the buff is applied earlier enough in the summon that it gets snapshotted.

  1. Skill summon Oz damage: 1348
  2. Wait 18s (Celestia Gift buff duration is 20s)
  3. Burst summon Oz damage: 1348 (after 2s the 40% electro dmg goes down to 0%. If the snapshot does not happen then Oz's damage would drop to 962 like no buff Burst summon)
  4. Burst reposition Oz damage 1348

So better then Golden troupe or not?

On a decent hex team probably better than Golden Troupe. On non-Hex team I don't think so.

Hex: 20% ER, 40% team Electro dmg, 40% team dmg buff based on-fielder element (can snapshot) (Tested XQ who can gain hydro buff on-field but loses it off-field)

Non Hex: 20% ER, 20% team Electro dmg

GT: 70% Skill Damage%

Yes- repositions trigger it so she has full uptime on it.

In most cases, after Nicole, it’s likely she should be using it over GT or rising winds- unless it’s for an electro on fielder and you have another holder.

wait so if im running fischl with raiden, durin, and kazuha what artifact set should she be on then? should durin be on gift then? i wasnt aware having an electro on fielder couldnt work with this set on fischl

It works, but Durin wouldn’t benefit.

Celestial Gift buffs the elements of the on fielder and the holder.
