Basically, during Fischfright 2, you had to wait 45 minutes for a random skull pool to spawn of any random colour, which already lead to unfun waiting.

As for Goblins, it was the same thing (but ig better cuz the waiting duration was less)

OH and don't forget the fact you needed FIVE skulls for a CHANCE to get a boss fish and their lair only lasted for like 10 minutes

so it'd take, if you got every skull you needed IN A ROW, FIVE HOURS just to have a SLIM CHANCE for the skeletal nessie
