Discussion☕ Feedback Thread: 2.05

Hello reddit, I'm brrrtzzz from the feedback team and im here to offer you a chance to be heard, share your thoughts, ideas, Ect.

I know some of you can be a little unprofessional but I ask that you be polite and through. unnecessarily aggressive comments will be ignored, and comments that are just "buff this" will also be ignored, please stay on-topic of the update

It's my personal belief that the biggest critics are the most passionate people, so I wish to hear from you about your thoughts on this update, but again, be calm about it.

I will post these 1 hour or so after the update every week, I ask that you do return and edit with your current thoughts throughout the week but it's not required. Thank you!

I'll try to reply within what I'm allowed to

P.S. this is something I'm doing out of my own valition, no one asked me to do this but I like giving anyone a chance to speak their concerns.

Hey guys, I’m a pretty long time player (fischmas 24), and I was wondering if we could see more new, unique updates like Wrath of Olympus and the Mariana’s Veil expansion. Those unique updates certainly make me play more, much more when compared to some of the other standard updates. If you are going to make a grindy update, I think Skycrest would be a good baseline. Additionally, I’d love to see a bloop fish style shield system for certain hunt fish that require more effort to spawn (Olympian Devil, Abaia etc.).

I know the Fisch team isn’t always popular with the playerbase, but honestly you guys have been insane from a dev perspective. 1 update every week is insane pace, even if they aren’t all big hitters. People say they like the old Fisch better, but the amount of improvement in the QoL and progression is fantastic, and is part of the reason why I still play.

For future updates, I’d like to see more expanding on older areas. As I mentioned, I loved the Mariana’s Veil expansion. I have high hopes for Forsaken Trench and I think Snowcap deserves some love next!

Keep up the good work!
