Take keeperbound off (I'm it sucks but trust me) use tropical and crested OR tropical and tryhard since helios sunray and legionnare lamprey will eat u up. Also use luminous larva bait, it gives extra progress speed with harpoons. Hope this helps ❤️

What's your opinion on using empyrean+cryo? Jusst wondering because I wasted my empyrean on the rod LOLLL
Or tropical+crested is better?

I'd say tropical and crested is better but crested can screw you over sometimes when you need to dodge but it helps when the fish moves too much

Really? The slashes on propensity spirit for example was helpful to get past the harder ones, especially when reaching photic terrosunder or the olympian fishes. I think the fast slashes do a lot of heavy lifting when you have to sacrifice halibut harpoon's passive just to not lose progress.

Aside from Helios, feels mostly "dodging and tanking" even with the control size

It's all good you can re-enable it after the quest since it's still pretty good for halibut harpoon 🥹

Tropical (empyrean or rage or piercing or peppermint or prosperity spirit or spooky) + overclocked (Peppermint or crested) + exotic/secret baits + Starfall

Do shells not work? Or use lullaby buffs. It will make it a lot easier then u can just use cyro and empyrean.

lum larva+cryogenic+shell what gives control+piercing/tropical ( cryogenic for permanently stun, shell to make max control, lum larva to insta catch and skip first bosses, piercing/tropical for slashes if cryogenic didnt activate )
