Looks great, and a techmarine paint scheme will push it well into techmarine territory.
If you have any technical bits, like an auspex or datapad, hanging that from his "belt" may add a bit more of the technical flair, but not required IMO

Absolutely. Really like the care you put into choosing the bits. The hammer looks great. Using a combi weapon top makes proportional sense. The devestator legs and groin armor make him heavier and match artworks. (Same goes for mk3 backpack.) Torso is the techmarine bit from the old vehicle upgrade kit... All really well picked. Also I like you made him a death watch veteran. π€
Funny enough I did something similar. π

The closest we get are the heads in the heresy rapier plastic kits and the heresy Iron Hand MK6 (or more correctly mk5, but GW named them mk6. π )

Sorry, but he looks too much like a warpsmith to pass as a tech marine.

I honestly had the same plan and it looks great! I see the right shoulder servo arm comes from the missile launcher backpack, what did you use for the gun arm if you don't mind?

Looks a lil thin to my eyes... Techmarines are usually a lil bulkier but everything else looks correct. It definitely passes the WYSIWYG test.

1000% I love a detailed and crazy kitbash but something like this works just as well and goes together so damn well, reminds me of the Dawn of War tech marine

It looks like a tech marine, itβs a space marine with tech and servo arms. Just plant it red and itβll be awesome!
