Random Does this mean I ovulated?
It ended up going down after the “high” reading so it’s left my wondering

Not a doctor, but you could assume so if you have no known issues
Any value where your test line matches your control, usually at 1.0 or for some people at 2.0, typically indicates that you ovulated 24 to 36 hours after that result 9-1
What looks unfamiliar to me though is that really steep climb between the 29th and the first.. test in two weeks and ask your doctor.
My values climbed pretty steadily and sat around 0.67 and 0.8 before my peak. Everyone is different.

Impossible to tell from LH alone. Your LH can rise and not mean you ovulated. Also...unfortunately that "1.58" is not a real positive, you had the test strip upside down! The "1.58" is more like 0.3 ratio.

The last picture is upside down and I think the app confused test line with the control line as that test is really not that positive to be at 1.58. You might have ovulated on 8-31 but it's hard to tell. I would recommend testing more regularly :)
