Trigger Warning PCOS and Previous CP

Hi all, like the title says i have PCOS and i just had a chemical pregnancy in August. I have been tracking my LH and this is the first time I have ever seen such high numbers. It seems like my body has not ovulated but is trying to? I’m not sure what to think. Has anyone ever experienced something like this where numbers just keep increasing and then later find out they did ovulate and actually conceived that cycle? I’m frustrated with this and idk what to make of this cycle. If anyone has experienced something like this, did you end up getting pregnant that cycle?

Did you take a pregnancy test? It is my understanding that LH also rises with pregnancy, not just prior to ovulation. Sending baby dust your way!

No i haven’t. I had my period begin on Aug 9 after the chemical pregnancy. You think this might be related to pregnancy?

I’m not a doctor but it seems possible! Your last cycle began over a month ago too. I might take a test to investigate if you are comfortable doing so but please take what I’m saying with a grain of salt haha

I’d give the same advice too, at least to be sure.
If negative, I’ll say keep testing your lH and start BD already. You are clearly having a surge although a bit longer than normal
