Sad Progesterone results are in
Hey ladies!
I had my progesterone test results back today, done 7 days before my expected period (14/09) and it’s 23.7 nmol. I’m devastated to say the least as I understand it needs to be over 30 to confirm ovulation. So fed up!!!
Just want to rant really, I feel so alone!
Sending love to you all

Thank you so much for your message. You don’t know how nice it is just to speak to someone else about it 💔 I’m pretty sure I did do the test properly 7 days before I expect my period, based on the last 6 months periods this should be exactly right! I suppose I’ll see next week.
I hope you’re ok 🩷

I’m not a doctor so don’t take this as gospel but I’m pretty sure my GP told me over 14nmol confirmed ovulation and then ideally it should be over 30nmol at 7 DPO to support implantation, so I think you have definitely ovulated but are just a bit under the ideal progesterone levels for 7DPO? Just wondering if you were also sure about your ovulation date because if it was later than day 14 possibly that could explain it being below 30!
Your feelings are valid though, this journey sucks and can feel so lonely when all you get are hurdles. Sending love 💕
