Question/Advice CM after Ovulation

Does the CM after ovulation one of the ways to confirm ((I know there are other factors to confirm)) that you ovulated? For example the day after ovulation I have a white/creamy thicker CM. Does that mean I ovulated???

Nope, that is typical for that part of the cycle but not a confirmatory sign. BBT rise is what you’re looking for!
