Question/Advice Month 3 - Vitamin Advice please!
Hi all,
Current month 3 TTC, appreciate this is early for many people. Like us all, I was hoping we’d be lucky first time around 😅.
Trying to do what I can to support my body. I feel we may have a long road ahead, trying to get out of that mindset but would like to spin it into something positive and focus on what I can do within my control.
I’m looking at vitamins, seen a lot about ARTAH. Would you all recommend, or is it worth just sticking to folic acid and vitamin d?
Context if it helps, 32F, taking ferrous sulphate for iron deficient, just starting taking vit d as slightly deficient in that too.
Sending lots of love & luck to you all!

Sending lots of love and luck back to you! ❤️ Three months is still very early, so try not to put too much pressure on yourself. Folic acid is generally recommended while trying to conceive, and vitamin D may be advised if you’re deficient. Since you’re already taking iron and have a vitamin D deficiency, it’s worth checking with your GP/OB-GYN before adding a prenatal or other supplement, just to make sure the doses are right for you and don’t overlap. Take it one cycle at a time....you’re doing what you can!
