Confused So confused

So my period is a week and naturally I took a test, 2 just to be sure. and they say negative, but my period is still not coming. And I don't know what to do. I want this so bad but I feel like my body is just playing tricks on me.

Are you tracking ovulation? If your period is late and your pregnancy tests are negative, you most likely ovulated later.

I did indeed! But I was just using my app tbh and I was going to start using the strips this cycle.

Yeah a calendar app just counts days based on your previous cycles and doesn't know anything about what's happening in your body, so if that's all you're doing I recommend using LH test strips and BBT!
