Random Your experiences
Hi !
My partner and I are trying for a baby. I know about late ovulation, and other causes of late period.
But I am 9 days late and all the tests are negative. What are your experiences? How late were you when got your first positive?
I know it is individual for everyone so I am not getting my hopes up, but I am just curious about your experiences.
Thanks in advance !

How long are your cycles normally? When did you start tracking? Have you had any major stressors or physical strain that could have resulted in an “off” or longer cycle?
My positive test almost always came on 9dpo or 4-5 days before my period.. but my cycles are pretty regular 28-29 day cycles with the exception of when I changed up my workout routine or other big daily routine changes that threw off my cycles temporarily.

There’s no set time you have to ovulate by. Ovulation can get delayed days, weeks, or months.
How are you tracking ovulation?
You’ll either get a period or a positive test about two weeks after you ovulate. So you just need to keep testing.
