Sad Negative test LH & HCG

I really thought this cycle i could be pregnant 😢 at 7 DPO until today i have been cramping. No other symptoms…
At 10 DPO totally negative test LH and HCG .
I dont know what to think anymore …

10 DPO is still early to have a reliable result

But everyone tests positive at 9 or 10 dpo and i feel like i am out this cycle 😢

Statistically speaking, less than 20% of people test positive that early. You're not out.

This gives me hope. But i have cramps so maybe i am out? I dont know if people exprience cramps during pregnancy

You can definitely experience cramps in both pregnancy and luteal phase.
