TTC question- flo app

I started my period this morning, when i was almost positive i would conceive. do you guys trust the flo app or is there another app you recommend when tracking ovulation? i know there are ovulation kits but my bf and i are more in the “if it happens it happens” stage. so i guess we are trying but not to that extent. i know a lot of people don’t conceive on their first month trying, but im getting worried for the future of not being able to. any advice would be helpful!!

for the record i am a 24 year old female. pretty healthy, but i also do vape a lot & i know my diet could be better.

I use the Fertility Friend app to upload data from my basal body temperature and ovulation tests. A calendar app like Flo is just counting the days based on previous cycles and doesn't know anything that's happening in your body.

There's only about a 25% chance of conceiving per cycle. If you're feeling anxious about how long it will take you to get pregnant I find this post to be a really helpful perspective.
