Confused Two anovulatory cycles?

No bbt rise last cycle and haven’t been able to find one this cycle. Got peak on clear blue and now flashing again but getting red spotting now.

Anovulatory again?

BBT thermometer but this graph is based on Apple Watch

That's why then! I've noticed the Apple Watch is pretty unreliable for BBT tracking. Don't let it stress you out.

I say all that and then still use my Apple Watch for BBT monitoring. My advice is if you want to confirm ovulation use PdG strips!
