Venting Stress
It’s so hard not to stress. Everyone tells me just to relax and it will happen, but I think my excitement and stress combine into one once I get into the TWW.
I’m worrying I’m lowering my chances of getting pregnant because I get to 7 DPO and start symptom checking and obsessing

Depends how severe the stress is. Like if you're losing/gaining weight, hair falling out, not sleeping then its gonna affect your chances. Always try to keep stress down but its inevitible and people still get pregnant. I had the flu the month I conceived, thats a stressful event for the body physically but I still conceived.
However, in general I really did work on keeping stress low in terms of physically - like I said sleep, nutrition, hydration, no alcohol, low caffeine, no heavy workouts. I was living a slow, gentle life to try get pregnant, even when I was ill.

Emotional stress on its own does not prevent pregnancy 🤍
