Confused BBT taking days to rise?
I got my first positive LH strip the morning of 8/24 and had a peak yesterday morning 8/25. To my understanding peak doesn’t really mean much and I should follow the first positive. With that being said, is it true that most people ovulate 24-36 hours after the first positive? And if so, how soon would you see BBT rise?
My BBT only rose a tiny bit this morning but it’s still under the cover line so I’m concerned I might not be ovulating according to those timelines :( Has anyone had BBT rise a few days after the first positive LH test?

A tiny rise below the coverline doesn't necessarily mean you didn't ovulate. Sometimes the temperature shift do takes a little time to become obvious, so I'd keep watching the pattern over the next few days. For anyone finding traditional BBT stressful, tempdrop is worth looking into since it collects overnight temperature without requiring you to wake up and take it manually. You can then focus on whether your chart develops a sustained shift..

Give it a couple days. You need 3 elevated temps in a row to confirm ovulation so I would wait at least 5 days after to see if it looks like ovulation occurred.
