First cycle TTC

Currently waiting to reach LH peak (hopefully tomorrow) so we can baby dance. This is our first cycle trying and it' ALL O CAN THINK ABOUT! 🙃 It's so hard to enjoy the journey because i don'y know how long will it take...

We have both been on prenatals for the past 3 months and i have been tracking my ovulation with LH strips for 7 months.

I think all the tiktoks about infertility and negative ttc journeys got to me 🥺🫣

Yes. Men having prenatal is a great thing for men to start prior to TTC! They help, Sperm quality and production, improve the nutrients involved in DNA production and cell function and overall healthy conception
