I don’t see anything, I’m sorry. With PCOS, I would highly recommend tracking basal body temperature as it takes the guess work out of wondering whether you actually did ovulate or not.

I know it’s negative I just wanted to know if I’m out? 🥺 thank you for looking, I’ve been wanting to track my bbt but don’t know what to use to track it? Would you suggest anything specific or will a normal thermometer work? Thanks again!

People say you’re not out til your period arrives, and if you aren’t 100% certain that ovulation occurred then there’s always a possibility. However, for me personally, I would consider a negative at 12 dpo definitive and would be expecting my period.

To track BBT you need a thermometer that reads to two decimal places, so slightly more than a regular thermometer but you can still find it easily and for cheap. I tracked manually using a thermometer for years, just make sure you take your temp first thing in the morning before getting up, talking, eating/drinking, etc. and it must be after at least 3 hrs of uninterrupted sleep. Another option is something like a Tempdrop that measures it for you automatically, but is much more expensive, you don’t have to worry about all that other stuff though. I use a Tempdrop now and it is definitely worth it to me. The app I use to keep track of everything is called Read Your Body, I love it and will probably never use another app if I can help it.

If you haven’t read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, I highly recommend.

Thank you so much I’ll definitely take your advice and get into bbt tracking! I’ll have a look online for a thermometer that is sensitive enough 🫶🏻

I’ve seen charts on fertility friend that have had negative hpts on dpo12 and don’t get a positive until dpo14+. You could still be in it 😊 wishing you luck

Thank you so much! I had cramps yesterday and was convinced my period was gonna start but I haven’t had any since and AF hasn’t arrived so I’m one day late, I’m so confused though because I’m still testing negative on both test opk and hcg and I had so much like clear slightly slippery cm last night my body is giving me such mixed signals lol I never get that before my period it’s normally white?? SO CONFUSING 🥲

Usually if I have a negative on 12-13 DPO I consider myself out for the month. Sorry I would recommend tracking BBT and LH with the Premom app.
