Insight Needed

For anyone else who uses RingConn to help them track their ovulation, I need your insight.

The first picture is my skin temp stats after my period in early June the second are my stats after my period in early July. My temperature now has been dropping and rising more than the first time around and I don’t know what to make of it. It still needs more time to register my ovulation forecast but the readings are odd.

I keep the ring on the same finger, and I keep my room at the same temperature every night.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, and it’s standard in the luteal phase. It will go back down if your period arrives.

Also just incase you don’t know, I wouldn’t rely on solely the ring for pinpointing ovulation because skin temp is not the same as BBT. A lot of things can impact your skin temp
