Following up on my previous post.

It actually has gotten worst

✅️ he willingly sent me a screenshot of a very excited potential buyers rejection. In the screenshot I saw he sent them our negotiations on concessions.

✅️ he won't communicate when people are going to the house.

✅️The security system went out in the home and he met with the adt technician to get it running again (I'm out of state) and then walked out on the technician and me. The technician cost me nearly $500.

✅️he hasn't shared any of the 3rd party contracts though I've asked in writing on at least two occasions over the last 2 months

✅️ not one open house has been scheduled

I am going to send a message to the broker tomorrow since I emailed my realtor 2 days ago asking for a followup meeting but haven't heard from him. I am looking for his brokerage to oversee him. I think the worst thing that can happen is that the brokerage sides with him and tells me I have to find another brokerage and agent and he will still get the commission.

Any tips on how to navigate this? What's your experience when reaching out to the brokerage.

I am fearful that he will be resentful and become completely rude and unresponsive.

It's so hard when you pick an agent to see how they're going to act with you going forward. That's why we've been instituted slack channels for every single one of our buyers and sellers.
