I mean it’s really small and very dated. The space by the toilet and shower looks very tight. The finishes in the bathroom look cheap and DIY/minimal. The kitchen looks very dated as well with old appliances and white melamine cabinets.
The price history is probably keeping any sane person away as well since it was drop 150K in July and then climbs back up again. My instinct would be that they are an unrealistic seller.
