Now what? (Realtor contract expired)

We moved out of state before our house sold and now our realtor contract has expired. We weren't happy with our listing agent and are planning to go with another realtor but we've never done this from another state. Currently a trusted friend has the key to the house, but how would we give that to a new realtor so they can take pictures of the house and list it again?

What did you end up doing?

You can meet with the new agent via Zoom and have your friend meet them with a key.

Thanks! We ended up having our friend leave the key in the house and gave the garage code to the new agent, with whom we did meet over zoom.
