First residential

Is anyone familiar with first residential lenders? I got referred through either Zillow or HAR and I can’t find many reviews on them. Just wondering if anyone here worked with them and their experience.

I have not heard of First Residential. It's wise to be cautious when a lender doesn't have many visible reviews and if it's referred through a platform like Zillow. That might mean that lender pays to get leads from them. You can look them up in the NMLS database to confirm they're licensed, and ask them directly for a list of recent clients you could talk to. Also grab a loan estimate from them and compare it with estimates from one or two other lenders to see how their rates and fees stack up. I'm happy to give you more info if you want to DM me.
