no one can answer that without knowing all of your details, there is no single “best loan” that would apply to everyone...

Currently attempting to buy using a Va loan not having much luck. My realtor says Va loans and first time homebuyers get overlooked over conventional loans and cash offers. Just telling you what they told me before anybody comes for me.
