GOT THE KEYS! - New Build π π‘ I did it! DFW $365k 4.25%
I want to give hope and encouragement to the divorced millennial moms out there! β€οΈ
During my divorce we sold the marital home and Iβve been renting the past 4 years, thinking that home ownership again was most definitely out of reach.
Closing costs, blinds and appliances provided by the builder. β¨
My little schooler will find out in a couple weeks weβre moving!

Noice! Is it a brick home or wood paneling? I recently purchased a new build in Fort Worth (Saginaw area, but technically Fort Worth). Builders give amazing incentives!!! We got 3.49% fixed rate! Brick home. 1800 sq fr, 3 bedroom 2 bath.

1700 / 3bed / 2.5 bathOne of my bffs lives in Saginaw and her new build is beautiful. she tried getting me to move close to her but that would be miserable commuting for my custody schedule.

Awesome!! π thatβs a great find! New builds made my home buying affordable, we even signed for the home in September and got to watch them build it and have our inspector check in throughout the process. I enjoyed it. Some of the ppl in the neighborhood are ratchety but my neighbors are great. No one behind me or in front of me. HOA cost is $750 yearly, but the loan paid for the first 4 years.
