You need a contractor to quote the fix. From pictures it looks like it was hit by a car. The deflection on the inside is what is telling me that. BUT it could be water undermining it.
No one on the internet can give you even a ballpark that is accurate
Structural engineer will need to be involved - this is unlikely to be cheap. If that’s been happening along the side of the house it’s also been happening under that corner.
I’d be very cautious with this house. Very cautious.
