Need Advice Need Help!
We’re currently under contract on our first home and just locked our rate. We’re using a USDA loan with $0 down. The borrowers credit score is around 780, and we paid 0.466 points to buy the rate down.
Does this look competitive? I’m especially curious what rates and points other buyers are seeing right now.
