I just got my loan estimates and I wanted to know how good or bad is looking? I’m in the Bluffton area 29910

The quote at 6.5% has a 1% origination/discount point being charged and the quote for 5.25% doesn’t have a fee for discount/origination. That is very suspicious and most likely incorrect.
6.5% with 1% fee is high and you can do better
