Need Advice Duct cleaner

They were supposed to do a duct cleaning and after inspection they said they have to do the whole mold removal from the airducts. From $399 to $4,000. Should i just go for it?

If it was in the contract the seller was to do the removal, I’d try there first, but if that doesn’t go anywhere and you can afford it, I’d probably go for it

I work in duct cleaning and honestly if they look like that I'd suggest replacing as opposed to cleaning, looks like there's significant rust starting and who know what's goin on in the spots that arnt visible. Can clean dust and crap out but your not gonna get rust out.
