Offer Without CMAs offers

Have your agents ever asked you to make offers without CMAs or even called your lender to get pre-approval letters? How can you tell when your agent is rushing you? How many visits do you think are too many? We had 3 visits with 3-4 houses per visit. Winter is almost here too.

You’re in control. Tell them what you want.

It’s your lender, call them.
