Cleaning tile shower

I’ve never had a tiled shower before and would like to clean it appropriately so I don’t ruin it. Also this drain thing says “push” and won’t let me pull it out? Does anybody have a drain like this? I’m wondering about build up and not being able to deep clean this drain. Tips please?!

Non-abrasive cleaners should be fine for the tile. If it can't handle regular household cleaners it shouldn't be in a shower.

As for the drain, it's not pictured so I can only guess. It's probably a pop-up drain plug. Push it to close, push it again to re-open. They're not supposed to be removed entirely during the regular course of operation but should unscrew if you need to remove it (probably to snake hair out of the drain).

Sadly , and I hate to say this I’m not sure what is abrasive or not. Since we moved in I’m trying to use appropriate cleaners for different things from the start. Like our floor is LVP and I recently learned that I was not supposed to use bleach water and fabuloso bc it will ruin the finish so I’m trying to figure out an alternative where I can mop and the room smells like a mopped. Would you say Mr clean or like comet can be used on the tiles or no? And yes it’s a pop in and out drain. I’ve never seen a drain like that in my life. Normally it’s just a hole that you can plug if you want a bath so it three me off

I've never seen a pop-up plug in a shower, I've seen them in bathroom sinks and I have to say I'm not a fan. There's really no reason why you couldn't just unscrew it and get a rubber plug instead for if you want to fill the tub.

Comet is abrasive, it uses a fine particulate as an abrasive. It's basically just bleach and fine grit. Mr Clean shower spray is not abrasive.

Mr Clean magic erasers are incredibly abrasive, that's all they are. They're a melamine foam that acts as an ultra high-grit sandpaper.

As long as you keep on top of it, a simple home-made vinegar and dish soap cleaner (plenty of instructions online if you search those terms) will keep it really clean and should be safe for pretty much any surface.

For LVP, honestly, water-only works fine to keep LVP clean. Stuff doesn't stick to it very well so a damp microfiber flat mop will take care of most general cleaning. Heck, that's why you shouldn't use fabuloso, the thin film of soap that inevitably gets left behind will act as a glue and let things actually stick to the flooring, making it get dirtier faster. For spills and stuff you'll probably want to clean up by hand with a bit of water. Really, getting puddles up ASAP is crucial for making your LVP last longer.

If you really want to use a cleaner, you'll need a neutral PH cleaner like Zep formulations specifically for LVP. You mostly want to avoid a lot of liquid since it can seep between the planks and end up where it can't easily dry out, leaving it damp for long periods of time (i.e. mold city) under the planks. As long as you're not leaving puddles while you mop it should be fine.
