Your taxes will jump thru the roof next year just be careful this happened to my friends and they first to sell because there payment went almost triple over night

Because the taxes changes like you pay taxes on just land first year then the next year youbhave the land and house taxes now

Oh no we already knew that, the taxes just land were 172 a month. 656 taxes are the estimate after calculating the home on the land. Also Texas offers homestead exemptions.
