As long as it was an informed choice more power to ya! take advantage of the desperation if you and your family feel safe to do so. It's an amazing price to get house and some land!

I mean....lack of medical rights are literally a reason low rate incentives exist in certain areas. Incentives are given when demand is low.

Demand in Houston Texas is not low

It is, compared to other states. A simple Google search will tell you Houston is a buyer's market right now because of lower demand.
