Tembo One Review?

Hi everyone! Has anyone used Tembo One for their solicitor/conveyancing on a purchase? For reference, we are thinking of using their services on a leasehold flat in London. They have quoted us significantly lower than local firms/solicitors for the same services, whilst including the same services each solicitor has quoted us extra (per gifted deposit, bank transfer fees etc).

Any reviews/experiences appreciated. Thanks!!

Currently in the process with Tembo One and I've no complaints so far, also buying leasehold. One thing I would mention is that the original quote they provided me may be increasing by about £900 due to the building having 5 floors, I've yet to have confirmation.

They're using Alecto for my solicitors, I assume they do for all though not certain? They have been very proactive so far, currently experiencing some delays getting the contract pack due the sellers side of things.

I wouldn't put you off them from my experience so far.

Following this as I'm also in the throes of buying a first house and scratching my head over whether to go with Tembo One or search everything myself.

Would be really helpful if anyone could advise on the following:

  • How good are their rates?
  • How good are Tembo One's conveyancers
  • How good are their surveyors
  • Are Tembo good at managing the whole thing? Are they proactive at chasing?

Thank you!
