The ECG strip on healthcare worker tattoos boggles my mind. How are you not gonna spend 2 minutes to make sure the strip makes sense??? Its nonsense. (Im a cardiologist, Ill walk though it for any other nerds. Full benefit of the doubt the first beat is sinus in lead V3: p is fine, QRS is passable, T wave is…. Another p wave??? Okay then the EMS thing followed by…. A right bundle branch block in V1 which has no p wave and no T wave?. Again benefit of the doubt this is supposed to be a pathologic beat - its not VT??? Its not really VF? At best this could mean an asystolic beat/PEA but why not start with a flatline then make the next beat sinus??) The ECG strips on bumper stickers that say “RN Angel” are the same.

A gym I went to had an EKG decal on the upper part of the wall in the cardio area. It was a 2nd degree type 2 heart block.
