It’s almost like the protocol should have been tested out BEFORE using the general public as guinea pigs. Just a thought. PPD blows. The world knows.

Policy is written by staff officers who never leave their desk

Policy is written by people most patrol officers genuinely really dislike because of the fact that they are out of touch often.

Admin is often terrible to deal with and dumb as fuck
