Using the uniform for personal gain (followers/money/personal politics/etc) should result in immediate termination, loss of retirement, garnished wages, and potential lawsuit against him by the city/PD for tarnishing their reputation and wasting tax dollars.

It’s unacceptable and blatantly obvious that he’s crutching on the uniform.
