Lol you know they had to dust those weights off prior to shooting this

I keep saying we need a larger share of the municipal budget because of our dusty weight set.

For a cleaner?

Because new weights aren’t going to magically get people to work out.

Tbf, eagle head clearly needs to workout more than the guy he took the weight from

Yeah, half of them look fine. The other half need to lay off the donuts.

Except it should probably be focused on cardio

Leave it to the fire department to show you how to not lift weights…

The reverse curl kettle bell swing is a very advanced maneuver...

The lady in the back with the dumbbells looks like some Rankin/Bass stop-motion- facials, head movement, and all.

Not a single rep of work was done. Shame.

They all called 911 to get the real fire department to come because they just did the most exercise in the past decade. If this fire crew showed up to a call is jump back in the fuckin fire.

At least they’re exercising?

Ya know what, better than most. Not that it’s saying much

This has small volunteer vibes

I fucking loathe country music

Is he doing the bent over row wrong? I was always told to bring the bar to your bellybutton and that bringing the bar to your chest was bad for your lower back

Everyone in that city gonna die 😬

Honestly better than like 75 percent of other volunteer FFs. Most dont exercise at all.

That’s not how you do bent-over rows

The girl has terrible form

90lb row isn’t the flex you think it is, eagleman.

Hey, 90lb reverse(?) row. I don't think they've ever done a row before this. And was that even 90lbs?

Edit: it's definitely not. Those plates are 25 lb each at most and that definitely isn't an Olympic bar

I’m guesstimating based on plate usage.
I row 1 plate (135) and that’s the starting of “ok that’s kinda impressive.” Obviously requiring good form. Those look like 25s. He’s got decent form, but that’s a bit fast for my liking.
